Good Morning from a windy Cape Town - we are in for a mild weekend with a chance of rain on Sunday.

Zabaglione is a traditional Italian desert, and this is a wonderful recipe, which I would suggest for Saturday night dinner party, or as desert for a family luncheon on Sunday. Enjoy!
